How do I book a visit or consultation with you?
Using the scheduling page through our website, you can easily utilize the form to schedule what you need. A follow up email will be sent to the email your provide to ensure your appointment is confirmed and then you will be all set to go!
What is the difference between your consultation appointments and quick chat/check-in sessions?
Consultation appointments includes a "lifestyle questionnaire" that is meant solely for me to get to know the client so that we can begin to prepare a plan. It is a chance for you to understand more about what I do and answer any questions you may have before the process begins. They are always 30 minutes and require a $25 fee when booking. Quick chat/Check-in sessions allow for me to check in with the client to get updates on the progress. During these sessions, changes may be made to the constructed plan as well ensure things are going smoothly. These sessions are booked once a package has been chosen and a payment plan has been solidified.
When do I pick and pay for my desired package plan?
You can pick your package plan as early as your consultation appointment! If you are unsure of what package plan works best for you, be sure to ask during your consultation and we can both go through each package together to decide what would be the best fit for you! You can pay for your package all at once or ask to be enrolled in our payment plan!
How do I pay for any services?
